Analysis of the entire staff’s efficiency

2 minutes

Ploito analyzes the efficiency of each employee by measuring indicators such as:

  • Productivity (how many percent of the workday was actually worked)
  • Focus and continuity (combating procrastination)
  • Time spent talking with colleagues
  • Number of messages in Ploito chats
  • Visits to other offices
  • Schedule consistency, so you always know when to expect an employee with a flexible schedule
  • Satisfaction, fatigue, and burnout, allowing proactive management instead of firefighting

When we shared our positive experience of using the virtual office within our own team, we often referred to personal metrics, discussing how personal discipline improved and how employees started communicating more.

But we became very curious—is there a connection between personal and collective metrics, or is the increase in personal efficiency just an isolated case?/_assets/emoji/emoji_u1f62e.svg

That’s why, after running our calculations based on our own company, we added this metric to our clients' personal dashboards!

Interesting Facts

Collective metrics showed that team-wide productivity increased with the introduction of Ploito.
This is easy to explain—when you see that all your colleagues are still working, you are less likely to slack off, as your absence will be immediately noticeable. Self-discipline boosted productivity across the entire company!

Communication metrics increased. After the January holidays, a new communication record was set—20 hours in a single day. This is understandable—many questions had accumulated that needed to be discussed, and new sprints had to be planned.

There is virtually no burnout in the team, but in case of burnout, it’s best to use personal metrics.

Despite the flexible schedules of most employees, the average metrics still reflect our team’s working hours.
